(149) To make wine like Clarett Take 2 Gallons of ridstrake syder & 2 gallons of water & put to it 8 pound of the best malago Rasins bruised & stoned. let them stand close covered for a fortnight. stir it well every 2 daies then add to your liquor in the same vessell 2 quarts of the Juice of Rasberry a quart of the Juice of black cherries & let it work with 2 spoonfulls of ale yest 3 daies then draw it of into your bottles with a lump of sugar in every bottle
