(155) To make Damsin wine Take your Damsins & put them in a pot with a quart of water 2 quartes of damsins & send them to the oven to bake or you may doe them in a Kettle of water then strain them & to a quart of liquor put halfe a pound of sugar stir it very well & when it is cold put it into a barrell & let it stand 10 daies & then bottle it & put a lump of sugar into every bottle.
