To Make White Elder Wine Take 6 Gallons of Water 10 Lb of 6 White Sugar 6 of Raisons of ye Sun cut Small Boil them altogether an Hour then take Flowers of White Elders in full Blosom 1 Peck put them in ye Liquor when it is cold the next Day put 6 Spoonfulls of Syron of Lemons and 4 of Good =Ale Yest and when it has Done Working put in in a Dry Cask which must be quite full & Stopped Close and after 6 Months it may be Bottled -
