To Make Cowslip Wine Take 25 Lb of Sugar 10 Gallons of Water 6 Whites of Eggs mix all well together till it is Disolv'd then Boyl it and Scum it well and when it is cold put to it 4 Pecks of well Pick'd Cowslip 15 Lemons and a pint of Ale Est mix them all well Letting it Work 3 Days then Strain it in a Vessel with 2 Quarts of white Wine Let it Stand 6 Weeks then Bottle it off
