Pann cakes to fry without butter Take a pound of sweet butter put it into a Quart of Sweet Cream set it over the fire keep it Stirring when it is melted take it off the fire and take Eight Eggs yolkes and Whites beat them very well together then put three spoonfulls of the beast fine flower into the Eggs and beat them well together, grate in a While Nutmegg so put y.r cream to it then stirr it altogether so set it a little before the fire, and awhile before you take it put in some salt and whipe it up as you wou'd a Silibubb
