Saving...
Thursday October 11th 1883 I worked all the forenoon cleaning up the house and cleaning lamps. I helped Mother some in the afternoon about making apple jelly, and knit when I had any spare time. Friday October 12th 1883 It was a pleasant morning and I washed out a few things, besides doing the usual morning work. Mrs Wilde came for a visit I excused myself to spend the afternoon with Hatt. I finished Ediths stockings and did the ironing after night. Mrs Wilde staid all night. Saturday October 13th 1883 It was a faithful rainy day, when I was out busy about the work I knit on a stocking for May Sunday October 14th 1883 I was busy about the work all the forenoon Mrs. Wilde went away this morning Mother went to the valley. I wrote to Eva Taylor & Em Du Hadway in the afternoon, dident do much of any thing in the evening so went to bed early.
