Saving...
Monday September 11th 1882. We had a large washing done by nine oclock and Mother went to the valley to get the sweet apples. I was busy about the house all day for I did part of the ironing. We took another boarder today I played on the piano in the evening Tuesday September 12th 1882. I got up and ironed the shirts before breakfast. In the forenoon I cleaned the house up good. After dinner Mr Roseberry went over town with me I did some trading while him and Hatt took a ride. Curtis Day and his brother came tonight we spent most all the evening talking with them. Weather warm. A letter from Charlie. Wednesday September 13th 1882. I soon got the work done this morning and Day and I rode over town. I got home in time to help with the dinner. I was sewing a little in the afternoon. Wrote a letter to Charlie I sat out on the porch most of the evening. Weather very warm.
