Saving...
Wednesday October 18th 1882. I was busy about the work all the forenoon and sewed in the afternoon and evening Mother went to town in the afternoon. Thursday October 19th 1882 I was at work about the house all the forenoon. Hatt was over in the afternoon I got Lee's shirts ready for the button-holes Rob and I went to the opera house in the evening to see "The Mascotte." I enjoyed it very much. Saw Mr Burkhart and Sade there they are making a short visit in Iowa City. Weather pleasant. Friday October 20th 1882 I worked as fast as I could all the forenoon and in the afternoon went over to town. I paid some bills for Mother and then Hatt and I went out to Em Parvins to see Sade. It was nearly supper time when I got home. After helping through with the supper, I sewed a little before going to bed though I was so tired. Weather splendid
