Saving...
Friday October 27th 1882. I did a big lot of sweeping in the forenoon and helped get the dinner. I practiced two hours in the afternoon. Mother went down to Mrs Lathrops to supper. Hatt came over here to supper. Rob got three new pictures this evening and we were an hour after supper hanging them. Weather still keeps pleasant. Sunday October 28th 1882. I was all the forenoon getting the house work and baking done. We had the work all done up by two oclock and Mother went to town. I practiced two hours in the afternoon It was rainy in the forenoon but cleared of before supper time. I sewed till nearly midnight on an old dress I was fixing for myself and then did not get it done. Rob started for Kansas tonight, he will stop in Burlington over Sunday
