59 boiling water for five or six hours having always a Tea Kettle of hot water ready to replenish that in the pot when it appears much reduced. Sugar Vinegar Mrs. Pearson Put eighteen pd of Sugar to 9 Gallon of Water boil it for a quarter of an hour Skim it then put it in a Tub when luke warm but to it a little yeast let it work four or five days stir it every day till is is white over. Then put it in a painted Barrel let it stand twelve months in a warm room before you Bottle it. Tea Biscuits Take one pound & half of fine flour
