to Bed the Size of a large Nutmeg. To Stew Ray Scald your Ray a few minutes till the back Skin will pull off - fry it a light brown then put it into a Stew Pan with some Gravy made of the Shrimp Skins boil'd with an Onion some sweet herbs and a little Horse Radish scraped - thicken it up with a little flour; then put in your Shrimps and some Cockles let them all Stew together for some time and then serve it up. - Goose berry Cakes To every two Quarts of Goose berrys when bruised add a pound of Sugar boil them till they are a pretty red and so stiff then a spoon will stand in it they are to be dropt upon Plate or Tin with Sugar sifted upon them turn them often till they are dry -
