of Lemon and gravy or wine as you see occasion and serve it with force meat Balls and Eggs - the Colour will be better if Tongue is left out - Tea Cakes or Rolls Mrs Harvey - Two quarts of the finest flour - a Pint of new Milk boil it with a quarter of a pound of fresh butter - let it cool till as warm as Milk from the Cow - then take some fresh Barm according as it is for [Tadness?] - if very light you may put near a pint of anise with your Milk a little Salt Knead with it it cannot be too light for it must quite leave the thing it is mix'd in and then mould it very well bake it in a Stew Oven -
