39 To make Capillaire Take one pound of refined Sugar broken put it into a clean saucepan with a pint of spring Water boil it over the fire, take off all the Scum, then strain the liquor thro a fine Muslin Seive and add to it a Desertspoonful of orange flower water. then bottle it in small bottles for use [left margin] Mrs. Haultain of Weybrugh Werry Sugar - 9 Orange flower water - S 3/1/- Capullaire is sold in bottles at 1 /6 $ Bottle at the Pantry Cooks R.
