After we had the supper work done up Mollie and I went over to Hughs where we spent a pleasant hour. We heard that Ella McCleary died today. Wednesday August 10th 1881 I got the work done this morning and went up to practice awhile. I felt wretched and was lying down most of the afternoon but felt a little better in the evening and was in to Mrs Barnes part of the house. she had company. Thursday August 11th 1881. I did not go up to practice this morning but was busy about the house all the forenoon. Mother and Carrie Wildes came over and I went home with Carrie and stayed till after supper at home. I feel a little better today. Friday August 12th 1881 Mother came over this morning and I went up town with her to look at bed room furniture I came on home and
