Walnut Catsup Bruise the walnuts - & salt them well - squeeze them - Boil the Liquor & scum it well - then add about 2 quarts of Vinegar to a Gallon of the Liquor 1 lb of Anchovies - Shalots & Garlic & spice to your own mind Mr Scottath For a Cough (a Horse) Aniseeds - Cummin seeds - Fennygreath Tumeric - Liquorice powder - Slicampane. of each two ounces. divide into four parts & give it to the horse four mornings together Tipton the Jockey For the heat burn 6 oz of white chalk 1 oz of Crabs eyes 1 oz of Crabs claws 6 drops of oil of nutmeg Powder them & one drachm taken in a wine glass of cold water is an infallible cure.
