bake it in a good puff paste send it in another dish to table. 45 Rice Snow Balls Take half a pound of rice wash it clear divide it into six pools take six apples pare them thin and scoop out the core in which place put Lemon peel cut fine then have something to tie the balls in put the rice in a cloth and lay the apples in it tie them up close put them into cold water and when the water boils they will take an hour & a half boiling be careful and they will be as white as snow. Sauce Nutmeg & a little Cinnamon sweetened with Sugar.
