Made the day wanted just before its sent to table add a bit of butter the size of an egg Mix in flour and Cream sufficient to make it look White Mrs Polays. 81 Excellent Receipt for Lavender Water. Eight penny weight of oil of Lavender three ditto of Rusk and three ditto of Blogands, put into a Quart of Rectified Spirits of Wine, with about an ounce of double refined loaf sugar; these articles when put together into a little must be well mixt by frequent shaking them. Cook the bottle well and it will be fit for use in a few days
