84 Roll Pancakes Charlottes A Quart of flour the yolk of two eggs butter the size of a Walnut rub it all together and wet it up with a little boiling Milk then roll them out as fine as possible and fry them in boiling lard. 85 Lettuce ginger Mrs Fulhes Cut the Stalks of Lettuce just pull off the Skin Cut them in pieces 2 or 3 inches long throw them into Water as you do them After washing them well put them into Sugar & Water mixed in proportions one pound of the former to 5 lb of the latter and
