95 Orange Marmalade Clear Put clear Seville Oranges into cold Spring Water twice changing it a day for 4 days boil them gently in Water till you can pass a [string?] through them Changing the water 2 or 3 times in boiling & always putting it cold. They will take several hours boiling Lay them on Sieve to drain cover with a Cloth the next day cut the oranges in half take out the pulp & pare them round in thin slices length ways add the pulp after picking out all the seeds slipt the whole 2 to 4 lb of orange Chips allow 5 pounds & half of fine loaf Sugar and a pint of Water boil the sugar
