Raspberry Brandy Gather your Raspberries while the sun is hot upon them, and as soon as gathered boil a pound of double refined sugar in a quart of water for five minutes, pour it hot upon five quarts of fruit, with one quart of the best brandy, let them stand all night- stir it well, put it into a stone bottle, and let it stand a month or six weeks, when fine bottle it.
