of Lump sugar, and half a Nutmeg, boil half a pint of milk and put into it half a pound of melted Butter, let it stand till almost cold, then add five Eggs, leaving out half the whites a little grated Lemon Peel - Bake it in Cups half an hour - turn out Brandy sauce Miss Harriett Howell A Fine Rice Pudding Take six ounces of Rice flour, put it in a quart of milk and let it boil till it is rather thick, stirring it all the while, then pour it into a pan, stir into it half a pound of fresh Butter, and quarter of a pound of sugar, when cold grate in a nutmeg, and beat six Eggs with a spoonful or two of Sack; beat and stir all well together, put a little fine paste round your dish and bake it.
