White Elder Wine or [illegible] of [illegible] In 6 gallons of Water, boil 18[t?] of Lump Sugar and the Whites of 2 Eggs Well beaten, skin it, and add a gallon of Elder flowers of the [illegible] Elderbery tree; When nearly cold, add 6 spoonfulls of lemon juice and four or five of yeast, to be well mixd in; stir it evey day until it is caskd, and when casking it put in 8 pints of the best raisins, bottle in [8?] Months, this makes a beautiful Wine, and is called English [Frostinae?]
