Tuesday March 23rd 1880 I ironed part of the things this forenoon. We girls dressed as soon as we got the dinner dishes washed and went up to Moons. Rob and Ott came up there to tea. We had a very pleasant visit. Win was there in the evening. We came home about nine oclock. Weather cold and windy. Wednesday March 24th 1880 I finished the ironing this forenoon and rested and worked on my pillow case in the afternoon. In the evening Rob Hatt and I went to the dancing class. Fathers birthday. Thursday March 25th 1880 I did some mending and cut a lot of carpet rags in the forenoon and sewed at them all the afternoon and evening. Friday March 26th 1880 I helped with the work this forenoon. Aunt Emma was here for dinner. Elmer went home for good. Mr [Barnes?] went home to spend vacation. In the afternoon I went to town
