To make Seed Cakes take half a pound of Butter one spoonfull of Cream melted together then take half a pint steady last 2 yolks and whites of Eggs beat well together strain [y^m?] and put it to [y^a?] melted butter one spoonfull of orange flower-water strow in as much flower as will make it a little set it to [y^a?] fire to rise while the oven is heated and [sweekt?] then put in half a pound of Carraway Comfits & butter the pans you bake them in
