86 To make Lemon Bisket- 128.255.22.153 20:20, 14 October 2014 (CDT) take one pound of double refined sugar beat and searched then take the outward rinds of 3 Lemons ~ scraped of with a penknife - mix this with the sugars you scrape it and grind them together in a stone mortar beat [of?] whites of 3 eggs to a froth and put as much of the froth as will make it into a paste. then take little pieces [of?] [illegible] of a wallnut and lay them on double white paper at a distance~one from another and bake
