Household Linen Mrs. Reynardson The length of sheets from 3 1/2 to 4 yds when made Hems and Washing require an extra nail & half. Table cloths 2 1/4 yd long for 4 persons 3yds for 6, 4 yds for 10 5 yds all but half a quarter 12 or 14 1 1/4 yd for tray cloths To shrink Flannel Plunge it into cold water for 24 hours if the water is poured upon it it becomes streaky To keep Plate well Wash it well with Flannel in soap & water & rinse it clear of soap in cold water - after it has been thoroughly dried with 2 cloths rub it with the hand & clean leather. Plate powder will not be required above once a fortnight. -
