Lemon Pudding 4 Eggs - the juice & peel of one Lemon 1/4 lb sugar - same of Butter. bake about half an hour - Baked Souffle' Puddings 4 eggs & 1/4 lb Flour, 2 oz sugar 2 oz Butter flavoured with a little essence of Lemon put in cups bake about 20 minutes
