Saving...
Sunday June 1st 1879 I helped do up the work this morning and then went to church. I wrote and read a little in the afternoon and talked with [Corney?]. Winnie was over to supper. Rob and I went to church at the Opera house. Mr and Mrs Rhodes were here a little while in the early evening. Weather cold for the time of year. Eight years today since Pete and I went to the picnic. Monday June 2nd 1879 I did the washing this forenoon and in the afternoon I made curtains for the dining room window. Mother white-washed the ceiling in the kitchen. I walked over town after supper. Mr [Corney?] went this morning. Friday June 3rd 1879 I did the ironing by eleven oclock and Rob and I went to town before dinner got a lot of groceries and wall paper. We girls papered the kitchen this afternoon while mother white-washed the dining room. Mother worked after supper putting out cabbage plants. I did up the work and Hatt went buggy riding with John.
