Ott was over all the afternoon and we were trying to arrange about next years business. Will and I went to church in the evening. Monday February 13th 1888 We got the washing done about eleven oclock and Mother went over to see how Aunty Walker was. I did up the work and knit on my stocking. Will went to town in the evening and I worked on my books. Weather mild. Will brought another load of wood, making seven cut by Moffet Tuesday February 14th 1888 I was busy about the the work all forenoon. It turned colder and the ground was froze today. Will and I walked to town together after dinner. I did some errands after stopping to see how Aunty was and then went down to the Court-house and sat in Otts office two hours waiting for him to come in I went down to Hatts to supper and Will came after me in the evening. Fanny was invited out to a tea party. Wednesday February 15th 1888 I did not feel well and did not do much work in the morning. Mother got most of the dinner. Thursday February 16th 1888 It was a splendid day. I felt better and helped with the work some. The girls came over before noon and Robbie was with them. Ott came for his dinner. Will sold his hogs to Anthony today they brought him $217.00, he finished hauling the hay. The evening we spent in our room talking.
