Saving...
February, WEDNESDAY, 5, 1862. This is rather a pretty day very pleasent for this time of year, and the snow is going away very fast we are through at last invoicing our stock of goods It amounted to one third more than I anticipated it would I have come to the conclusion that Unkle & Mr Cleaves are pretty well off but they have a good deal of money in bad hands. I feel some better this evening than I did last I had such a good nights rest last night and I think I will take an other scout to night, But I will have to go to Prayer meeting to night or catch a scolding.
