February SUNDAY, 9 1862. The Rev Shearer Unkle Dan Johnathan Black and I went down to Crawfordsville to day and Mr Shearer Preached. the Foundation of His remarks will be found in Revelations 4--3 verse. After Preaching we went down to the Hotel and partook of a nice dinner and then started for Home we had rather a Pleasent ride although it was very cold I should not like to make a practice of going that far to Church every day I think I must go to Methodist Church this Evening and Hear what the Rev Mark has to say but I expect it will not Pay very well.
