March, FRIDAY, 7 1862. A very Pleasant morning this and the mail came in at 10 o clock last night it some 4 letters for Unkle Dan but no Important war news fro any of the Points of attack, after an absance of a week Fagan our Dogary Keeper has returned I suppose the Whiskey will fly now for a few days People are coming into town to day very fast as they have been penned up now for some time I suppose they will buy something. but money is very scarce these times, I believe I will go out Calling this evening Just for variety sake I look for Unkle Dan very strongly this evening times are so dull I can scarcely stand it at all.
