Saving...
July, FRIDAY, 25, 1862 It is somewhat pleasant this morning but has the appearence of rain. I wish it would keep clear for the sake of the Farmers for they are very throug, with their harvest. We had quite a little trade to day no news of Importence by mail to day, Enlisting goes bravely on I feel sometimes as Iff I will Enlist at all hazards but when I think of the hardships one has to under go and think of my feeble Constitution it Drives away all notions of Elistment but it will soon be Dark and then I will retire to my virtuous Couch and sleep for I feel very needy.
