that he would be with us every minit as we had recieved a letter from him about ten days before that he was quite smart and should come home as soon as he could get his clothes and he thought as soon as the midle of January and we need not write any more letters for he thought that he should to home before they would reach him but God in his providence has ordered other wise and we must submit we sent after Milo that knight that we got the letter and all preperation was made to start on Monday morning in the first train that left for Elmira they left Cattarangus monday morning at seven O clock and got to Anapilis tuesday about Sundown went to the hospital and found that he was dead his boddy was in the dead house Milo bought a coffin and his remains were brought home Milo and lib got on Frday after they left home and we expected the boddy would be here
