I dont want you should worry about me eating things that will hirt me for John is as strict as you would be about letting me eat things he is an old nurse with the fever, he makes us gruel and that Is good and some toast for dinner and George Francis went over to the 64th,, and Monroe and I sent over and got a pound of butter a piece and the Dr brings in some jelly some times and gives us an orange once in while and lemons so we ean have lemonade and when we dont have jelly John gets dried apples and stews them for us, then George brought (Vertically, from lower left:-) Direct your letters to Eleventh Corps Hospital 2 Division Brooks Station Direct like that and they will come here so if the Reg't,, moves I can get the letters here
