went home with them to see the boys start he has abad Cough yet We got aletter from [?] the same day that we got yours he is at birds point they have not been in afight yet he says his Cakes are hard to chew Parograph our old cow has come so I must go and milk as Mary has gone to bed & as soon as I milk I will finish Now I have got done milking and got my pipe lit I will go again our Company of home guards is broken up as a great many of them are gone to the wars Some more of them are to [enlist?] this week. Boys I dont know what to write that would interest you if you was here or I there I could talk all night and then not be through it is now nine oclock and I have been hard at work all day in the Shop But I canot quit yet as theres is room for more on this Sheet of paper Boys I want you to write us often as we are anxious to hear from you at all times
