the freight on the Box was 3.50, father having paid $100 I paid 250 I sold Butter & cheese at a good price at 50 cts ea. lbs and could got 65 if I had asked it I sold 9.50 worth of the articles you sent P.S I have just done dinner the jelly is splendid R. M. Dear Mother I received your kind present on the 21 of December and thank you for it. the Butter was splendid and cheese the jelly I have not opened yet I intend opening it for dinner to day so that I will have some thing extra the peaches I used up I sold enough to pay the freight and send you six dollars besides I have plenty of Butter & cheese yet the Box that Barns sent did not come it was not marked right it may come yet But doubtful I will close for the present my love to sister & Bother and a happy New Year to all from Yor Son R J Moyle
