I was Sory to here that you have bin having. so Liverey a spell of Sickness,, but that Is one of the human afflictions that we can neather prevent or avoid.. I am glad to here though.. that you are alreddy Improveing I hope In a Short time you will have regained your former health and activity,, I have not had a letter from Jim Mead for Six months, or more.. I wrote to him. at Keokuk a Short time Since,, I think there has bin plenty of time for me to have had an answer Since,, do you ever get any letters from Indiania,, I have not heard from there Since I cannot recall the time
