into the Misouri River you say that Allsworth talks of going in the servis my advise to him would be not to be in a hury, I doubt very mutch if he Can stand it you must excuse my blotching for the nats git on my pen so that I can scearsly write I have been thinking that while I am to night in a fare off Country and in an enimeys land that pehaps you are all out Campmeeting enjoying the privalige of worshiping God, but the thought that many preayrs will to night reach the throne of God in my behalf cheers my hart gladly would I be with you, if peace was restored to our Country,,, but never will I return untill this is done it is now near 12 oclock and I must Close write soon and often I remain your Obedient son Wm Mann
