Can this is advice that I would not have given if the War was not over. I have the means in hand to buy one or two hundred young cattle and will give you a good chance to start in the world. I think that the best business is to rais cattle and Mules and if you was here and we put our means together I think you could do well but unless I can git some one that is interested I shall have to sell the farme and all. We have had lots of rain this season about like it was 14 years agoe. Crops is fine, health good. Camp Meting begins 10th of August where it was last year. Your afectionate Father A Mann
