We had orders for a Dress Parade at 5 1/2 but the sixty-pounders alighting on our parade ground, caused a postponement of the obnoxious affair. 31" Had our expected parade at 7 AM which turned out to be inspection. Very quiet all day except a slight advance on the right. No more 64's. Severe rain in afternoon. 23d [Mr.?] Lieut buried in the grave - gone in our quarters, Are cut down some on our rations, 1/4 they say. Several 100 pounders
