Do turn your bread frequently while baking. 8. Do cool your bread on a rack. 9. Do place your bread in a clean, well ventilated container. 10. Do use fresh yeast. 11. Do cut your bread from the top, down. 12. Do use the flour test if you do not have an oven thermometer. 13. Do knead your bread lightly
