35 Dr. Stuart moved that a League Bulletin go to the counties once a month from head quarters in Des Moines. seconded - carried. Dr. Stuart moved that constitutions adopted by the county organizations must conform to national and state constitutions. seconded - carried. Dr. Stuart moved that a committee of three be appointed to revise the State constitution of the League. Moved that legislation to e presented to Iowa Legislature necessary to take advantage of the federal aid coming from the Sheppard Towner Bill must be put before the board at next meeting. M.
