Cocoa Nut Cake Cut up & wash a cocoa-nut; grate a pound. Powdered pound of sugar. Beat fifteen eggs very light, beat in the sugar, add the nut & a handful of sifted flour. Stir it hard. Baked either in large or small pans with a quick oven. Sugar 1 lb. Cocoanut 1 lb. Eggs 15 (fifteen) Flour 1 handful
