MarisaHartechock Pye Take a Dozon of Hartochocks, boil them till the will come from the bottoms, then cut the bottoms into quarters, Soafon them with cloves, Male nut meg and cinanon, then take 12 eggs boild hard take out the youls and chop them small and throw them (?) the Hartochocks, then throw a pound of limo sugar and half a pound of candad lemons one oz (?) pool, with half a pint of white wine, and a pint of (?) half a pound of marrow, (?) lid and take it, and when its baked put in half a pint of White wine mors and a pint of cream, give it a (?) or too, serve it Potato Pye Boyle and pull them lay them in the pye with good store of butter or marrow, preferred lettuce stalks and roots, canded littern cover it when it comes out of the oven scall it with lime sugar, put it in give it a thanks or too, serve it.
