Cold Cream  Lady Palmer Wanlip  
1 oz White wax 1 oz spermaceti Half a pint of Oil of Sweet Almonds Melt the above in an earthen pipkin either in boiling water, or on a stove. Then pour it all into a hand bason of spring water, changing the water twice in the 24 hours. Beat it with a wooden spoon for six hours, pouring in a teaspoonful of good rose water of which it will take a Pint.
Remedy for Ear ach LJ Richardson  
Apply soft soap behind the ear at night
To destroy Bugs  LJ Richardson  Beat up the white of an egg with as mercury as it will take up - Let the suspected parts be well washed with hot water, extending this to every possible hole & corner into which the virmin might creep - when dry rub in well the preparation of white of egg & mercury which will be efficaeious in a greater degree than most applications
