Orgeat Boil a quart of milk with a stick of cinnamon, & sweeten it to your tast, when cold add, 3 ounces, of sweet, & one ouce of bitter almonds, beat very fine in a marble mortar, then boil them altogether stiring it till cold, then add half a small, wine glass of brandy
