For an ague Take jessuits bark one ounce Virgina snake root one dram Russia castor one scruple. Put them into three pints of water and boyl them to a quart straine or decoct it. Take three or four spoonfulls twise every day. To confirm the cure Take salt of wormwood three drams lemmon juice one ounce compound cinimon water three ounces make a julup thereof and take two or three spoonfulls twise or thrise every day Margt Carr July 7th 1753
