Then put it into the same saucepans & boil it again over a very slow fire stirring it till it comes to a strong syrup that [illegible] try whether it is thick enough before you take it off the fire (it should be the thickness of honey) Put it into jellipots & let it stand uncovered till it is cold. This quantity will not make more than two common sized jellipots
