A Baked bread pudding Take one penny loaf cut in thin slices or grated boil a quart of new milk and pour over the bread and stir it well put five eggs a little nutmeg 1/4 lb of sugar 1/4 lb of butter stir all these well together bake it an hour.............. Baked apple pudding A pint and half of milk 4 eggs 4 spoonfuls of flour a little salt and apples cut in thin slices an hour will bake it Bath Buns 1/2 lb of flour rub six ounces of butter three onz of carraway seeds two eggs leave out one white a table spoonful of yeast mixed with a cup of warm milk and a table spoonful of sugar let it
